Read the End User License Agreement (EULA)

The license agreement for the various StreamGlider applications is available in the Apple App Store.  Please read it before using StreamGlider Lite or StreamGlider Pro.

StreamGlider lets you select and bring many sorts of content to your screen. The content selected or presented is not StreamGlider, Inc.'s responsibility. 

In particular, you as a user of StreamGlider, Inc. applications agree that you may encounter objectionable content or third-party content. 

StreamGlider, Inc. accepts no liability for any content you may come across via any StreamGlider, Inc. application.

We also want to remind you that StreamGlider, Inc. is not responsible for your actions in acquiring content, building streams, accessing data, or using any data or information you acquire with StreamGlider, Inc. applications. If it is proprietary, it is your responsibility to be sure you are allowed to access it.

StreamGlider, Inc. is not responsible or liable for what you access or what you do with a StreamGlider application.
